Our thanks to Canon John for coming in to celebrate one of two beautiful Masses to give thanks for our Year 11 students, as they begin the final chapter of their school year. The students all showed reverence and they will, undoubtedly, take the message of the Mass with them. Thanks to Mr Coope, one of our Governors, for ministering, and to all of the young people who read, prayed, sang and led any part of the liturgy. What a great privilege it is to be part of the All Saints’ community. You are all in our prayers.
Our A Level Chemistry, Physics and BTEC Science students recently visited Geneva. The students were busy visiting the United Nations building, even getting the opportunity to witness first hand a Human Rights Convention. They also visited the European Organisation for Nuclear Research, known as CERN, visited three exhibitions and had a talk about how the Large Hadron Collider was constructed and works. The students have been a credit to the school and had a fantastic time!
What a privilege it was to journey with the whole of Vocare this morning, for their Y10 Jubilee Pilgrimage Mass at St Philip Neri Church. The young people planned, led, served, read and participated actively in a beautiful Mass, celebrated by Fr Liam. They spent time looking around our parish church and enjoyed time in reflection, praying for those who are unable to practice their faith, as well as for their own intentions. They reflected on the impact of Mass and enjoyed conversations with their peers, staff, clergy and governors. Thanks to all staff, clergy and young people for making these important moments in the Catholic life and mission of our school possible.
What an awe-inspiring day we’ve had at Flame in Wembley today! The young people have been outstanding ambassadors for our school and parish and we’ve all shared in some beautiful moments in prayer and adoration, after hear so many inspiring speakers and musicians.

Lent began prayerfully and wonderfully on Ash Wednesday, when Fr Liam, supported by the Chaplaincy Team, distributed ashes and led the liturgy of the Mass. The chapel was full, and everyone was invited to partake in this special, seasonal Church tradition. It was so moving to see staff and students journeying in for Mass, and over the course of the day, to mark the beginning of the season of Lent as a community of faith.

Dear Parents and Carers,
I am writing to inform you about the Year 7 Progress Evening which will be taking place on Thursday 13th March 2025 from 15:45 until 18:30 pm; this event will take place at All Saints’ Academy across the dining room and drama hall. This event will allow you to speak to your child’s class teachers about the progress your child is making in relation to their target grades and the knowledge and skills required in the different subjects.
Students will be given an appointment slip and they will need to seek appointments from their teachers. Please let your child know when you would like them to make their appointments in reference to the timings listed above. The event will be busy, and we would advise that only guardians and students attend to support the smooth running of the evening.
During the Evening- *Important*
Before you attend the event, please make sure you have a copy of the times of your appointments, the subject name and staff member’s name, ensuring that the information on the sheet from your child is legible.
On arrival at All Saints’, please make your way to the Dining Room in order to sign in. There will be a number of displays indicating the locations of different departments. Please ensure that you are waiting at the correct teacher at the correct time. The appointments will be four minutes long and the appointment begins at the allotted time of booking. The appointment cannot be extended; when the school bell is sounded, the appointment will draw to a close and parents and guardians should move to the next appointment.
These arrangements are in response to parental feedback about wait times and to support staff well-being. We realise that there may be occasions where conversations need to be continued; if this is the case, you can request a call back at the sign-in desk; this is to avoid appointment times becoming disorderly and inefficient. We would really appreciate parents and guardians support with these arrangements.
Yours faithfully,
Mrs L Johnson
Deputy Head Teacher
A number of the guardians who attended the Year 11 Progress Evening requested electronic copies of the documents that staff had prepared to support Year 11 students in their readiness for the February mock examinations, you will find them below.
For guardians who were unable to attend, these resources should help you support your child in the run up to the second mock exam series and the final examinations in May.
