  1. Read the following case scenario and complete the table underneath 

 

‘Jack is 15 years old. He has recently broken his leg and cannot play football. He has missed school and feels left out from his friends. His grades are starting to drop, and he feels frustrated and low.’ 

 

PIES Area  What is happening to Jack?  How might this affect him?

Essentials for the Course: 

Prepare a folder (A4 lever arch) and print a copy of the unit 1 and unit 2 information from the specification to go in the front of your folder (Health and Social Care (AAQ) | Pearson qualifications) 

 

You will need the following in your folder to support a smooth start to Y12: 

  • Dividers 
  • Plastic wallets 
  • Blank revision cards 

You may also find punched plastic wallet pockets useful for storing revision cards (see image)
