From there you can choose to view the report as a pdf which will allow you to print the report, if required.

If you have not logged into the Go 4 Schools parent site previously, please follow the instructions which can be found under Information on our school website.
On Tuesday 18th January at 5pm, Mr Alderson will be hosting a live event over Teams that will focus on how year 11 can successfully prepare for exams. The link to join this session is here.
We hosted a session looking at homework in December that looked at the strategies we teach students to use, but this session looks beyond the strategies. We will go over how to prepare for revision, the common mistakes that are made, dealing with exam stress and more. We would recommend that parents/ carers attend with their child as it is important that we work together to gain success.
There will be the ability to submit questions during the presentation and these will be answered at the end.
We hope to see you there.
The School Aged Immunisation Service will be offering the Covid-19 first/second vaccination in school to all students aged 12 to 15 years of age on Tuesday 25 January 2022. The offer only applies to students who are 12 to 15 years of age on that date. If your child has not reached the age of 12 years or has already reached the age of 16 years on that date, they will not be eligible for a vaccination in school. To register your consent/refusals please visit the link: https://www.nottinghamshireimmunisations.co.uk/Forms/Covid The School Code for All Saints’ is NG140698 Please see the letter from the SAIS attached for your information.
As we have seen an increase in the number of students isolating, we would like to let you know about the support on offer. Please keep this document and refer to it if your child has to isolate.
The school has a statutory duty to provide education for students who are self-isolating due to Covid-19. If your child has symptoms or has tested positive and is recuperating, there is no pressure to complete work until your child feels well enough to do so. To enable us to provide remote lessons via Teams to students who are able to access them, we would ask that you complete a very short survey, to help us to ascertain the level of provision to offer your child. The link to the survey can be found here:
https://forms.office.com/r/XtZz3LuV7Z
We will use this information to ensure that teaching staff are aware of the students who need to be allowed to access lessons remotely through Teams.
If students are well enough to work from home, live lessons should be available via Teams. However, if there are technical issues, the lesson is a practical subject, or if a cover teacher is being used, this may not always be possible.
School work: If your child is isolating but feeling well, it is expected that students access remotely delivered lessons and follow their usual timetable. Teachers will be streaming the face-to-face lessons they are delivering in school through Microsoft Teams. This will allow students who are at home self-isolating to access the lessons and afford them the opportunity to ask questions and respond to their teachers directly. This should hopefully ensure that no self-isolating student is educationally disadvantaged compared to those within school. Below are three ways students can be learning from home.
- Teams lessons – This is the preferred way of working if students are isolating. However, if there are technical issues, if the lesson is a practical subject, or if a cover teacher is being used, this may not always be possible.
- If there is an issue accessing lessons, students should look on the class Teams tile to see if work has been uploaded on there. Alternatively, they may need to check subject specific folders on the VLE – this can be accessed via the school website. This will mean students are still able to complete the same work as students in school. Subject folders can be found on the VLE in ‘1 Covid Work’.
- If work cannot be located, students should revise the All Saints’ Absolute for the lesson. This can be completed in class books. Students should have a sheet in their red books that explains the approaches to self-quizzing. If they do not have this, there is a ‘Homework’ section of the school website at the bottom of the ‘Curriculum’ tab. If students are unsure what topic to be working on, the curriculum maps can also be found on the school website. Click on the ‘Curriculum’ tab and then ‘subjects’. From here, select the subject needed and click on the link for the Curriculum overview.
Computer access: If you do not have access to a laptop or PC at home, or if you do not have internet access, then please email the following address and we can arrange for you to collect a chrome book for the self-isolation period: admin@allsaints.notts.sch.uk . This e-mail address should also be used if you are having any issues with your child not being able to access lessons, once you have Teams set up.
All students (Year 8-13) will be familiar with Microsoft Teams, having used this platform to access lessons delivered remotely during last academic year. Instructional videos and support guides can be accessed on the school website via the ‘Curriculum’ tab under ‘Support for remote learning and use of Microsoft Teams’. Should you have issues logging in, this may provide the answers.
It is important that students self-isolating check their school e-mail account daily as there may be invitations to access lessons delivered remotely.
Any other questions: If you have questions specific to the work set for students who are self-isolating or if you need guidance on how you can support your child in conducting their studies whilst self-isolating, please contact the Curriculum Leader for the subject you have a query about, or the Year Progress Leader. If your child is unable to access lessons for a reason not listed above, please telephone the school as soon as possible.
If you have any questions or need help with anything related to your child’s emotional or physical wellbeing, we have the well-being email address still set up to support: wellbeing@allsaints.notts.sch.uk
Dear Parents and Carers,
I am pleased to report that we have enjoyed a very productive first week back. Our students have responded extremely well to wearing face masks in lessons and in general I feel that they have very much benefitted from the Christmas break. Please may I remind you that a face covering should be provided on a daily basis to your child(ren) as our stock of face masks is starting to run quite low. I must also remind you that visitors to school must be for essential purposes only. Please do not enter the school grounds or buildings unless you have been granted permission by a member of staff in School. Our current menu of extra-curricular activities is continuing to take place as well as other trips and activities organised by the School.
In terms of our building projects, I have already made you aware of the refurbishment projects for both the ‘R’ block toilets and the ‘PA’ block toilets. These will be carried out during the summer holiday and the planning and preparation for the new building to replace the ‘X’ rooms continues. I also wanted to make you aware that there has been a significant piece of work carried out in order to embellish and enhance the current Sixth Form accommodation. Mrs Wain and I have been working in close liaison with colleagues at the Trust to refurbish the common rooms including new furniture and flooring as well as decorating the main corridors. Mood boards have been drawn up and these will be displayed in key areas so that current Sixth Form students and prospective students are able to see what has been planned. This work will hopefully be carried out during the Easter holiday. This does represent a significant investment in the Sixth Form.
Other Sixth Form developments include the creation of an Alumni community. If you are an ex-student of All Saints’ or know somebody who attended All Saints’ as a student, we would very much like them to get in contact with us. It is a pleasure to read the wonderful achievements of our ex-students, carrying our highly reputed professional, sporting and artistic roles. These stories help to inspire current students as it helps to facilitate an aspirational attitude to future careers.
You will be aware that the Year 13 and 11 Mock Examinations have been rescheduled to commence the week beginning the 7th of March. As yet, no final decision has been made by the Department for Education as to whether students will sit A ‘level and GCSE examinations in the summer. The Educational Media suggests that this is the case, however the DfE has made it very clear that a decision to revert to Teacher Assessed Grades may be made at any time in response to how the Pandemic develops. Teachers are working hard to ensure that students in Years 13 and 11 will be effectively prepared and students are aware of their importance going forward.
Finally, we are in the process of managing Year 6 admissions to the School. Once again, we are extremely fortunate to be heavily over-subscribed and we continue to receive a high number of applications for in-year transfers. There is a lot of information available on the School website, however if you require any information, please do not hesitate to contact Mrs Jane Ellis-Laycock who will be able to answer any queries.
We look forward to another productive year at All Saints’ and of course, if you have any questions about your child’s education, please do not hesitate to contact the School.
Thank you.
Mr. Cuomo
Head Teacher

Dear Parents and Carers
Can I please take this opportunity to remind you about the Year 11 Parents’ Evening, due to take place on Tuesday 11th January at 4.30pm until 7.30pm. This is a wonderful opportunity to speak to your child’s teachers about the progress your child is making in their KS4 studies and a chance to understand how you can support your child in the run up to their GCSE exams. Given the importance of this academic year for your child, we hope that you will be able to attend the evening virtually. As was the case with similar evenings last year, School Cloud will be used to book appointments and to hold the meetings with class teachers via video call. Guidance on how to create appointments and attend them on the day can be found within this letter.
You will be able to book appointments until 10th January at 15.30.
We are using a piece of software provided through School Cloud and you can access the booking system through the following link: https://allsaintsmansfield.schoolcloud.co.uk/
Using the School Cloud Website
Parents and Carers, with School Cloud access, are those individuals who will have listed as Priority One and Two contacts on the admission form at the beginning of the academic year. It will be parents and guardians who have parental responsibility and that includes those with a court order in place. It is important that both first and surname, and your child’s name and date of birth is inputted in the same way that it is on the school system. If you are struggling to login, it may be because you are not listed as a Priority One or Two contact, do not have parental responsibility including a court order, or because there is spelling or numerical error on our system. In any of these cases, please contact, Mrs Scott with the nature of the problem: scott.l@allsaints.notts.sch.uk. By having both Priority One and Two contacts, it means that parents/ carers, who may live separately, can both be involved in finding out about their child’s progress.
At login, you will be asked for an email address; this is not authenticated with the email address that you listed on your child’s admission form at the start of the year; it is merely for School Cloud to send a confirmation email to you when you have successfully booked and saved your appointments.
The instructions at the end of the letter outline how to access the website in order to book appointments. Then, on the evening of your appointments, you will simply need to login using the same link and follow the onscreen instructions to begin the appointments you have booked.
There will a button stating: Join Video Appointments which you should press.
There is nothing to install as the video appointments run through the School Cloud website and it is compatible with the following web browsers:
- iPhone/iPad:Safari
- Android:Chrome or Firefox
- Windows:Chrome, Firefox, or Edge (latest version only)
- Mac:Safari, Chrome, or Firefox
The minimum requirement for this software to work is an audio connection*.
*Parents or teachers joining a video call using an iPhone/iPad running iOS 14.2 are likely to experience stuttering audio which may stabilize itself after some time. This issue is not specific to SchoolCloud Parents Evening and affects joining any video through the Safari browser on iOS 14.2. This is caused by a bug in iOS 14.2 which is logged on Apple’s bug tracker. We recommend you not use Apple devices running iOS 14.2.
The appointments will be five minutes long. There will be a countdown. The appointment cannot be extended; when the countdown gets to zero, the software automatically stops the call. The appointment begins at the allotted time of booking; therefore, if you are late, you can join within the remaining time of the seven minutes, however, the appointment cannot be extended. If the appointment is missed, there is no way to rearrange this.
You will see a schedule for the timing of the appointments along with the teacher’s name and there will be a large square which states Start Appointment; in order to begin the appointment, you have to press this. The video appointment will begin when the teacher also presses this.
Once a call has finished, the schedule will update and then the next call will need to be initiated. There is no need to sign in or out.
Then at the end of all scheduled appointments, a confirmation button indicating that the appointments have finished will show and prompt you to sign out.
Further Guides can be found at School Cloud- link here

We sincerely hope that you will be able to attend the evening to discuss your child’s progress and to obtain useful advice about how you can support your child with their learning. If you have any queries regarding using the software please contact our ICT Support Office: marsden.a@allsaints.notts.sch.uk
Yours faithfully
