The Immunisation Team are visiting school on Thursday 19 September 2024 to offer Year 7 to Year 11 students (inclusive) the Childhood Flu Vaccination Programme. Please see the letter below from the Immunisation Team giving details of how to register your E-Consent or Refusal:
Dear Parent/Carer
If you would like your child to receive the flu vaccine in school this year, please follow this link to complete an online consent form. If you would like to decline, please complete a no consent form on the attached link.

The vaccinations will take place at your child’s school on the 19th September 2024. The link will close on the 15th September 2024. If your child has already had the Flu vaccine elsewhere since September 2024, please disregard this message.
