Lent began prayerfully and wonderfully on Ash Wednesday, when Fr Liam, supported by the Chaplaincy Team, distributed ashes and led the liturgy of the Mass. The chapel was full, and everyone was invited to partake in this special, seasonal Church tradition. It was so moving to see staff and students journeying in for Mass, and over the course of the day, to mark the beginning of the season of Lent as a community of faith.
