Welcome from the Headteacher I would like to offer a personal welcome to the All Saints’ School website. I hope you find the site interesting and that you are able to access the information you require. All Saints’ School is a lively, Catholic comprehensive school with a very special, warm ethos which is recognised by all who visit. It has been a Performing Arts College since 2002 and music, dance and drama are very strong within the school with all students getting the opportunity to take part in a variety of musical and dramatic performances. As a Catholic school we are particularly conscious of the need to create opportunities for reflection, prayer and worship. Each day begins with prayer and the celebration of Eucharist is central to the life of the school. All students have the opportunity to attend Mass on Friday which is led by a different form group each week. Last year the school achieved its best ever results with 69% of students achieving 5 good GCSEs and 45% of students with maths and English. We value all of our students and staff work tirelessly to ensure students in their care achieve well. However, we as a school will not be satisfied until every child at All Saints’ School fulfils their academic potential .We insist on high standards of behaviour and self discipline to help students achieve and to prepare them for life after school. This is an exciting time to be at All Saints’ School, “a rapidly improving School “ (Ofsted 2009) and we look forward to working with you as parents to ensure that we are the number one choice of school in the area. All Saints' School opened in 1974 in purpose built accommodation as a thirteen to eighteen Upper School. As a result of the reorganisation of Roman Catholic education in September 1984, in the Mansfield, Worksop, Ollerton and Newark areas, All Saints' was re-designated as an eleven to eighteen Comprehensive School.
